Henrik Ahlqvist is Facility Attendant at the Property Department and he has worked here for almost 20 years, in various roles. Truly a good grade for this workplace! Henrik is the contact person and acts as an orderer for services related to the property and property services, handles procurement contacts and coordinates.
– We have both a shop and coffee from Convini. It’s incredibly easy to combine both food and coffee into one supplier. We’ve had the Convini shop for many years. In fact, we have been customers since the time when Convini was called Mat på Jobbet! We used to have another coffee supplier, but now we let Convini handle the whole thing and it works very well,” says Henrik.
PolyPeptide invests heavily in well-being and work environment
The Convini store is located in a new modular building where they also have their own lunch restaurant, dining room and coffee machines. – “We invest a lot in creating a pleasant and good working environment. Access to food and coffee is an important piece of the puzzle in this work. We have interior designers who work to create a pleasant interior both in the lunch restaurant and other areas, for example, we have so-called flex office areas where you move between different workplaces and furnishings. We see it as a way to attract new employees to us,” says Henrik.
Convini’s strengths are the whole and that everyone is so service-oriented
So what is the best thing about Convini? – “I’ve already mentioned the whole thing,” says Henrik. “The store has a good range of both frozen and fresh products and drinks. The availability is incredibly good and is especially appreciated by our shift workers and when there is overtime work in production, says Henrik.
Would you recommend Convini to a colleague or friend at another company?
– Yes, I would definitely do that. I can say that everyone we meet from Convini is nice and service-oriented. This applies to everyone, whether you talk to customer service, our contact person on the contract side or the service staff who come here and replenish food and coffee, concludes Henrik.
