3. Start shopping!
Now you’re ready to start shopping in your Convini store! The app is your digital key, and to open the fridge, tap the ‘Shop’ button in the app and scan the barcode. Then take out what you want and scan your items. Done! You can easily see all your purchases later under ‘My Account’.

Missing your favorites in the Convini store? Make a wish! Open the app, tap on ‘Assortment,’ search for the item you want, and mark it as a favorite by clicking the heart. We’ll then do everything we can to fulfill your wish. Once the product has been delivered to your Convini store, the app will send a push notification to let you know it’s available. Smart, right?

No problem! Download the Convini app again (available wherever apps are found) and log in with Mobile BankID. Then you’re up and running again!

How do I use an app campaign in the Convini app?
You’ll find all the app campaigns on the home page when you’re logged in to the Convini app. First, scan your selected products as usual, and then scan the barcode for the specific campaign. You’ll then see the campaign price directly on the digital screen!
Why don’t I see my purchases in the Convini app?
