How much space is needed in our office to accommodate a Convini store?
The Convini store comes in several sizes. The smallest measures approximately 1.20 m in width and 1.90 m in height. All you need in addition is a standard power outlet, i.e., 230 V, 10A!
Can we have a say in choosing the products for our store?
What you like and buy is what we restock in your store. You can also ❤ items you wish for, either in the Convini app or at your payment terminal, to have them delivered to your specific store. This popular feature is frequently used by our customers 🙂 Your store manager then receives an order for the requested items and delivers them to you within 1.5 weeks, provided the item is in our warehouse. Nice, right?
What are the prices like in the Convini store?
We often hear comments that we are surprisingly good value — especially since we’re right there at the workplace. We don’t compare ourselves to other convenience services; instead, we aim to be comparable to the price levels at your local ICA store. Does Convini take responsibility for food waste?
Food waste is an important issue for us, and we are constantly working to reduce it within our organization. We do this in several ways: we maintain close collaboration with our suppliers regarding shelf life and volumes, we communicate with our customers to adjust the range according to demand, and through partnerships with organizations like Too Good To Go and Matmissionen, we rescue products that are nearing their expiration date.
