Pfizer: We like Convinis barista events

Pfizer is one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies with global headquarters in New York. In Sweden, Pfizer has a marketing company that works with medical issues and clinical trials. In 2023, Pfizer moved into the newly built Life City office building in the expansive Hagastaden, a district that connects Solna with Vasastaden in Stockholm.

We had a chat with Yona Svensson, Facility Coordinator at Pfizer in Life City.

Hi Yona! Can you tell us a bit about your collaboration with Convini?

“Hello! Here at Pfizer in Life City we are about 120 employees. Ever since we moved into the premises in 2023, we have served coffee from Convini. Some time later, we expanded the cooperation to include a Convini shop and water machine. We also order cups, disposables and tea from Convini,” says Yona.

What do you think about being a Convini customer?

“We are very happy with the cooperation with Convini,” says Yona. “For me personally, it started when I was new to my position about six months ago. There was a lot to familiarize myself with regarding many of our ongoing collaborations. Our contact persons at Convini, Fredrik and Stefan, were incredibly helpful and always available for my questions. Orders, volumes, assortment questions – they had answers to everything! It really made things easier for me,” says Yona. “And if there was any kind of service required, the technicians came quickly, usually the same day,” she continues.

Appreciate Convini’s professional Baristaevent

In addition to the ongoing and daily cooperation around the coffee and the Convini shop, Pfizer has booked Convini’s Baristaevent on specific occasions. “We recently had a Pfizer conference where we gathered all employees for a 3-day event. In addition to the conference program, we had several activities to create experience and atmosphere, such as DJ, ping pong table and a coffee bar from the Convinis Barista Team with Convinis’ own Master Barista, Matte, at the forefront. They were professional and served very good coffee to the participants. Much appreciated!”, says Yona.

Would you recommend Convini to other companies?

“I would gladly recommend Convini to other companies. The main reasons are that they show high availability, are helpful and that they are so on top of everything. That is important to me as a Facility Coordinator”, says Yona.
