SUSTAINABLE CERTIFIED COFFEE
It goes without saying that the coffee we drink needs to be sustainable with a minimal climate footprint. But it is also important that our coffee is of high quality and that it is grown under fair conditions. That’s why we have selected our coffee range with great care.
All our coffee comes from sustainably certified coffee farms, where cultivation is done with care for both people and the environment. We offer specialty coffees from smaller local artisan roasters, espresso coffees from Italian family roasters and of course also classic coffees from our well-known Swedish coffee roasters. Our coffee range is 100% certified sustainable!

In addition to carefully selecting our coffee range, our certified baristas and flavor experts make sure you find your favorite coffee, ideal for your coffee machine and your taste preferences. SPECIALTY COFFEE AT CONVINI
Kersh Coffee
Organic artisan roasted coffee from Stockholm
It all started in 2010, when Aadel Kersh, with a handwoven roast from his grandmother in Palestine, began experimenting on the gas stove at home in Södermalm. Today, Kersh is an organic coffee roastery that sources beans from selected farms with fair conditions. The coffee bar on Götgatan – in an old K-branded tobacco shop – is as personal as the taste.

Standout Coffee
The small coffee roastery in Frihamnen that became a world success
In Frihamnen, Alexander Ruas and Oskar Garberg roast some of the world’s most exclusive coffees – usually reserved for competitions and trendy cafes in Tokyo or New York. Now, thanks to a unique collaboration with Convini, their award-winning coffee is also available at work.

SANDBY COFFEE ROASTERY
A micro-roastery created with love in the countryside of Skåne
On the Lunda plain, just outside Södra Sandby, coffee is created with character and care. Sandby Kafferosteri is a small micro-roastery with a big heart that selects raw coffee from only 6% of the world’s farms – those that meet their high standards of quality and sustainability. With gentle roasting in small batches, every flavor nuance is preserved.

Gringo Nordic
Popular specialty coffee roasted in the heart of Gothenburg
Behind Gringo is Johan Ekfeldt, who previously founded Johan & Nyström. Here, 100% specialty coffee from selected farms is roasted using a slow roasting method – by hand and in small batches. The flavors are carefully balanced to enhance sweetness, acidity and fullness. The result? A cup you won’t forget in a hurry.

COLD BREW MODE
Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate
Made from 100% Arabica beans brewed for 24 hours in cold filtered water to extract everything you love about coffee. Mode Cold Brew is our latest collaboration. Drink as is or with a splash of oat milk, with or without ice. If you want to serve Mode Cold Brew as Nitro Cold Brew with an accompanying nitro machine, the experience will be downright magical!

If there’s one thing we love almost as much as coffee, it’s tea! Of course, we want our tea drinkers to be as satisfied and happy as our coffee drinkers.
