My journey at Convini has been both fun and educational. I started as Coffee Manager and later became Training and Quality Manager. Today, I am Area Manager for coffee operations in Stockholm. The best thing about Convini is that you get the chance to grow within your role or try something new, while the atmosphere is fantastic. Colleagues make every day a little more enjoyable, and we have an environment where we encourage and support each other.
Friday breakfasts are the highlight of the week – cozy atmosphere and lots of laughs. I am especially proud of our strong environmental focus and that we see potential in each other, which always makes you dare to take the next step.

I started as a temporary Store Manager in 2000 and was only supposed to stay for six months… Since then, I have held several roles and today I am Business Area Manager for our store operations. The best thing about Convini is our business idea and the opportunity to influence. There is a strong culture of innovation and development here – you never really feel ‘done’, in a positive way.
One of my first memories is a bit clumsy. I spilled 40 cases of soda outside the castle and caused a tram traffic stop – all on the same day! Luckily, Convini has always had a high tolerance for mistakes, and you are allowed to make errors sometimes.
I am especially proud to have been part of the start and seen how we built an entirely new market through both innovation and forward-thinking.
Convini Relay – the highlight of the year
The Convini Relay is more than just a relay – it is one of the country’s perhaps largest corporate parties and the absolute highlight of the year for us at Convini. Tens of thousands of people gather on Djurgården in Stockholm to run, feel good, socialize, and enjoy good food and beverages.
