For many years, Convini has built a strong relationship with one of the world’s largest software companies, Oracle Corporation, whose Swedish office is located in Solna, just outside Stockholm. This has mainly involved providing the company’s employees with high-quality coffee and tea. Now the company is also testing a Convini store for the first time.
For Oracle Svenska AB, which currently has around 280 employees, access to really good, high-quality coffee and tea in the workplace has always been an important issue. An issue that the company fundamentally links to well-being at work.
– Yes, coffee and well-being are definitely linked. It’s so nice to see when everyone meets at the coffee machines and that colleagues from different departments can sit down and talk, share knowledge and develop new acquaintances,” says Anna Roll Carlander, Facilities Coordinator at the company.
When Anna joined Oracle 10 years ago, there was already a long-standing collaboration with Convini on coffee – and there has never been a reason not to continue working together.
– Convini is passionate about delivering good coffee to its customers and it shows, you do not compromise on quality. At the same time, you are very accommodating and really want to deliver good service,” she says.

Anna highlights the good communication and service spirit of Convini’s employees as two important factors for why the collaboration works so well.
– “Yes, in addition to having good quality coffee and tea, your employees are very service-minded. The cooperation has worked well all these years and if we have any comments, you do your utmost to solve it,” she says.
Oracle tests Convinis food solution
Now the company will also test Convini’s popular store solution in the workplace for the first time. A solution that gives employees access to a wide range of breakfast, snacks, lunch and snacks 24/7.
– It will be very exciting to see how our employees will experience having a food fridge at their fingertips. My hope is that it will help employees to stress less, for example when they have a lot of meetings or have to exercise during lunch.
