Annika Perger is operations manager at Genetor in Helsingborg C and is one of those who ensure that permanent and temporary tenants receive the best possible service. It was our founder Fredrik Sköld’s choice and since then it has felt natural to continue our collaboration, says Annika Perger. – Convini is not just a coffee supplier. We have gotten to know each other and have a genuine relationship. We see Convini as a long-term partner, she says.
The good coffee – a huge benefit for tenants
The coffee is included in the rental arrangement and each facility has several coffee machines placed on the premises. “It’s a huge benefit that they appreciate,” says Annika. “They choose between brewed coffee and ‘machine coffee’ as we say about cappuccino, latte etc. We also have conference guests who think it’s super luxurious to be able to choose their favorite coffee in the machines. We also offer a breakfast buffet and appreciated “Friday bubbles”, Annika Perger continues.

Annika is very pleased with the cooperation with Convini: “Everything works so well and I would especially like to highlight the relationship we have with our contact persons, Peter and Nellie. They are fantastic! They care about us as customers, take their time and show us genuine interest. We even play padel together on a regular basis,” says Annika.
Coworking spaces are the future of work
-“We have up to 70 people in our premises at Helsingborg C on a normal day,” says Annika, “and there is a broad mix of tenants. The largest is IBM, which has a larger room for +20 people, and then there is a mix of both smaller and one-person companies. As a member/tenant, you have access to all Genetor buildings in all cities and to a gym in Helsingborg. This is the future way of working! says Annika with conviction.

Genetor is a chain of office hotels with 3 locations in Helsingborg and Malmö with more new openings in the pipeline. Genetor was started in 2019 by IT entrepreneur Fredrik Sköld. The facilities vary in size between 1000 and 2500 square meters and are divided into lounges, workrooms, open plan offices and meeting rooms. Various rental arrangements for co-working and conferences are offered, ranging from single-day punch cards to memberships that give unlimited access to all Genetor units.
