– Our advisers and telemarketers are our face to the world. They live with high demands and need to be sharp all the time. That’s why we realized early on that staff must have ample opportunities to take breaks and replenish their energy reserves. Otherwise, it’s easy to lose focus at the end of the day,” says Olle Gordh, CEO of Likvidum.
The Convini store becomes a gathering place
– There is no doubt that Convini was the right choice for us. We are super happy! The coolers give us a good selection of fresh meals, snacks and drinks and have also become a natural gathering place in the office. Another plus is that we don’t have to spend time ordering food and drinks ourselves. It couldn’t be easier,” says Olle Gordh.
Good for cohesion
– Our staff is Likvidum’s most important resource. We want our employees to thrive and feel good. That’s why we have chosen to invest in relaxation and activity areas such as a movie and video game corner and several comfortable sofas where you can relax and hang out after a work shift. We also have an open kitchen area where you can socialize, have coffee and lunch or dinner together. The Convini shop is a great complement and I think most of us buy lunch there at least one day a week. Thanks to Convini, we also have more opportunities to have lunch together, which is good for cohesion. The only thing is that it can be a bit too much of a good thing sometimes, especially if you like sweets. But we can live with that problem,” laughs Olle Gordh.
