From Karlstad to the world
The story of Löfbergs began back in 1906, when the Löfberg brothers took courage and started importing coffee to Karlstad, in Sweden. A few years later, they started their own coffee roastery – just as Sweden’s fika culture took off.
Today, the company is run by the third and fourth generation of the Löfberg family, still driven by the same passion for craftsmanship and quality. To take their commitment even further, the family set up a foundation that supports sustainable development in coffee-growing countries – proving that their dedication doesn’t stop at the coffee itself.
As pioneers in organic and Fairtrade coffee, Löfbergs has set the standard for sustainable coffee. And those iconic purple packages? They have become a true symbol of Swedish coffee – both at home and at workplaces.
